Job Title:

Store Manager, Sydney

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate sales team to achieve sales, delivery, and productivity targets through customer engagement and product knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain sales leadership by actively engaging with customers and team members in retail locations.
  • Train and develop team on sales and delivery processes, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products and services.
  • Analyze data to determine business strategies and make informed decisions.
  • Set individual goals for the team, aligning them with store objectives.
  • Ensure team has comprehensive product knowledge and is able to provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to identify local marketing opportunities that drive sales.

Customer Experience:
  • Oversee that all employees deliver exceptional customer experiences in every interaction.
  • Manage customer escalations promptly and effectively.
  • Empower employees to resolve customer concerns while supporting the company's mission and values.

Employee Engagement:
  • Recruit, train, and develop management and employees, ensuring timely filling of positions.
  • Support and implement training programs and provide follow-up feedback to drive results.
  • Evaluate employee performance continuously and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
  • Identify high-potential talent and develop succession plans to meet business needs.
  • Maintain a positive work environment by enforcing company policies and procedures.
  • Resolve people and safety issues promptly and effectively, collaborating with HR and other teams as needed.

Brand Standards:
  • Ensure facility maintenance and showroom presentation meet brand standards.
  • Control store expenses, aiming to reduce costs continually.
  • Enforce dress code and grooming guidelines among employees.
