Care Experience Manager

Detailed below is a part-time leadership role in an aged care setting.

This exciting position ensures the delivery of premium care hospitality services to residents in care suites. You will manage and maintain strong resident and family partnerships while delivering exceptional daily resident experiences.

  • Support care suite residents in coordinating their day to enable them to spend leisure time doing activities they love.
  • Lead the activities team to ensure a variety of innovative activities are delivered, aligned with residents' interests.
  • Oversee housekeeping and laundry functions, ensuring the presentation of front-of-house areas is maintained.
  • Ensure the dining experience delights residents and encourages socializing and connection with others.

To be successful, you will have previous experience in hospitality, guest service, aged care, client service, or event management roles. With a strong background in leadership, you will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills and a desire to provide outstanding, premium service to our care suite residents and their families.
