Our organization has a pressing need for an experienced Asset Inspector to carry out audits of our infrastructure across various regions in Victoria.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and compliance of assets connected to our distribution network by assessing them against technical standards and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business through their knowledge and expertise, driving continuous improvement in our operations.

We are seeking someone with a strong background in auditing electrical distribution networks, possessing excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Auditing experience, along with technical or trade qualifications in the electrical field, is essential for this role.

Additionally, detailed knowledge of overhead and underground policies and practices, as well as computer literacy and basic skills in Microsoft Office, are required.

  • Conduct asset inspections, including overhead and underground construction, metering, maintenance, pole to pit, public lighting, and external construction audits.
  • Conduct quality reviews and advise teams on potential audit findings.
  • Enter audit findings and closures into company systems and databases.
  • Prepare reports and communicate findings to teams.
