Job Title: Technical Document Specialist

Overview

  • Maintain accurate and compliant project records with proper version control.
  • Distribute documents to stakeholders and track revisions and feedback timelines.
  • Ensure all team members access the latest document versions.
  • Manage secure and efficient documentation systems.
  • Align documentation with project standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Enhance documentation workflows to boost efficiency and reduce errors.

Responsibilities

  1. Train and guide teams on documentation procedures.
  2. Provide regular updates on document status, approvals, and compliance metrics.
  3. Report technical issues and support team compliance with quality reporting goals.
  4. Apply best practices in documentation and promote continuous improvement efforts.
  5. Maintain site-specific quality documentation as directed.
  6. Keep documentation current and assist in internal and external audits.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in documentation or record management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Must have experience with document control software.
  • Strong knowledge of documentation principles, standards, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in document control software and systems.
