Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tech Finance Expert to join our Corporate Finance team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in supporting the origination and execution of investment banking transactions in the technology, media, and telecom sectors.

About the Role
  • Support the origination and execution of IB business with a strong focus on technology, media, and telecom sectors.
  • Conduct due diligence on clients and markets.
  • Prepare deal documentation and internal approvals.
  • Participate in marketing efforts, including preparation of client presentations and pitches.
  • Handle day-to-day client queries on all execution-related matters.
  • Attend client meetings, including execution and pitches.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have prior work experience in the Banking and Financial Services Industry, with direct experience in Corporate Finance. Strong quantitative skills, including extensive experience with financial models and valuation techniques, are essential for this role.
