About the Role

We're growing our product management area within the Transact & Save portfolio and have various opportunities for experienced professionals and those looking to take the next step in their careers.

The roles are varied and could be in our:

Product Performance Team: Responsible for managing and optimising performance through the generation of product insights, implementing product pricing, project management, and monitoring initiatives.

Product Management team: Developing and delivering product strategies, managing product variation, and providing expert advice on specific product enquiries.

Product Excellence team: Ensuring well-managed operations and risk management, ensuring the end-to-end value chain meets customer and regulatory requirements.

You'll primarily support a specific product/stream but can work across other products and initiatives that span multiple products. All these roles can lead to many career pathways within commercial banking.

  • Strong analytical and technical skills, preferably with experience in finance or data analytics.
  • Ability to explore solutions and articulate recommendations using data-driven analysis.
  • Collaborative approach to problem-solving and influencing outcomes.
  • A strong commercial and strategic mindset.
