Global Mobility Expert

KPMG Australia is a leading professional services firm with a global network.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Consultant to join our Global Mobility Services team in Melbourne.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing holistic tax support to senior executives and assisting organisations with managing their international payroll and employee share schemes.

About the Role:

  • Providing employment tax, individual tax and payroll consulting services to global multi-national organisations.
  • Assisting clients with their global individual tax compliance obligations.
  • Managing the tax implications of the employee/employer relationship.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong understanding of employment tax and individual tax matters.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proven track record of developing strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and supervise and mentor team members.
