Job Description:

  • Inspire and motivate young people across the community to participate in a charitable campaign.
  • Identify and engage with schools, promoting the benefits of involvement and providing support throughout the process.
  • Develop and deliver engaging presentations to students and teachers, highlighting the importance of the campaign.
  • Establish relationships with past participants, encouraging them to re-engage and share their experiences.
  • Stay connected with schools, offering guidance and resources to ensure a successful experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to optimize fundraising efforts and maximize community impact.
  • Monitor progress and maintain accurate records of visits and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build strong relationships with schools, fostering trust and enthusiasm for the campaign.
  2. Develop and implement effective strategies to inspire and motivate young people.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve outcomes.
  5. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with people of diverse backgrounds and ages.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Driver's license and reliable transportation (with reimbursement for kilometres).
  • Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain one before starting.
