About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Coordinator to join our team.

This is a hands-on, customer-focused position that requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a willingness to learn and collaborate to deliver quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support training programs, including scheduling, data collection, and ensuring smooth assessment processes to address competency gaps.
  • Provide high-level administration and support for interpreting applicable training standards, integrating them into the Learning Management System, and developing procedures and guidelines for staff and clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of competency assessments and related data in the Learning Management System and prepare reports on competency metrics and assessments.
  • Liaise, consult, negotiate, and maintain effective communication during daily operations with staff at all levels and external parties.
  • Support ongoing projects and perform other duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience providing high-level administrative support in an RTO environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Vocational Education and Training sector.
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems and competency frameworks.
  • Procurement, travel planning, booking, and event management experience is highly desirable.
  • Program and project management experience is highly valued.

They will also possess a strong understanding of the Vocational Education and Training sector and have experience working with Learning Management Systems and competency frameworks.
