Job Title: Learning Experience Designer

This position involves creating training programs to enhance the skills of trainers and upskill existing staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building trainer capabilities, designing and developing training content, and delivering non-accredited training sessions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine individual training requirements and provide support to mentors and trainers
  • Collaborate with department heads to offer guidance to new trainers
  • Train trainers in classroom management and student engagement techniques
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for trainers
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of trainer training and program delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a training leadership position
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Training delivery skills
  • Evaluation skills - ability to assess trainer effectiveness
  • Leadership skills - ability to lead and motivate training teams
