About the Role

Unlock human potential by driving scalable marketing automation systems that engage, nurture, and convert customers throughout their journey.

  • Design & Execute Campaigns: Develop automated marketing campaigns across email, web, and digital channels using Marketo. Leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Drive Customer Engagement: Develop lead scoring models and nurture sequences that guide prospects through the sales funnel. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Create Compelling Content: Craft high-quality email content, landing pages, and dynamic content that resonates with target audiences. Analyze campaign results to inform future content strategies.
  • Analyse & Optimise: Track campaign performance, run A/B tests, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to remain competitive.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to deliver aligned, results-driven campaigns. Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication to achieve shared goals.

The ideal candidate will possess 1+ years' experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or CRM management, as well as expertise in marketing automation platforms like Marketo.
