We're looking for a driven, analytical and forward-thinking Digital Marketing Specialist to join our fast-growing financial technology firm.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy AI-driven and automated marketing systems to scale outreach and efficiency
  
• Coordinate digital campaigns that highlight our proprietary trading solutions
  
• Build and manage strategic partnerships and referral networks
  
• Optimise lead generation and conversion funnels
  
• Collaborate closely with the internal departments to align messaging and objectives
  
• Analyse performance metrics and customer data to inform decision-making
  
• Assist in the creation and distribution of digital content (email, video, social, webinars)
  
• Contribute to product positioning and go-to-market strategies
  
• Support event and conference marketing efforts
  
• Continually upskill in trading, marketing, and business development
  
  

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• A recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related discipline
• Strong interest in financial markets, technology, and digital innovation
  
• Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced environment
  
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and performance
  
• Exposure to CRM, automation tools, or data platforms is a plus
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
