Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to provide critical support for project governance, risk management, and schedule adherence.

  • The successful candidate will work closely with the Clinical Project Lead, developing detailed project plans, managing risks, reporting outcomes, and creating comprehensive project documentation.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop project plans and identify, manage, and mitigate risks associated with the project.
  • Provide key inputs into project artefacts and ensure all project management activities are planned and delivered to meet scheduled requirements.
  • Report project risk and outcomes to appropriate management channels and escalate issues according to the project work plan.
  • Develop project analysis techniques and project management methodologies to enhance processes and add value to the overall programme.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.

  • You have a strong background in project management, with experience working in complex operating environments.
  • You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others to develop solutions and methodologies.
