The Job DescriptionWe require a highly skilled Powdercoat Spray Painter to operate automated spray equipment safely and efficiently on horizontal and vertical paint lines, ensuring high-quality finishes.
- Operate automated spray equipment safely and efficiently on horizontal and vertical paint lines, ensuring high-quality finishes.
- Perform hand-spraying tasks on the horizontal paint line as required, demonstrating precision and attention to detail.
- Work across multiple production shifts (day and afternoon, with potential for night shift) to support operational demands.
- Maintain and inspect spray equipment and PPE, ensuring compliance with safety standards and process requirements.
- Apply knowledge of powder coating processes gained through internal training or verified external experience to enhance production quality.
- Experience in powder coating with knowledge of both automated and hand-spraying techniques preferred but not essential.
- Familiar with operating and maintaining spray equipment and adhering to safety standards, including PPE usage preferred but not essential.
- Flexible to work across multiple shifts, with current operations on day and afternoon shifts.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes and meeting production targets.
- Skilled in applying industry practices, with experience gained through formal training or hands-on work in similar environments.
- Full-time position with immediate start.
