Surface Finisher Specialist

The role involves managing a wide range of paint preparation duties, performing thermal spray quality checks and inspecting components for paint quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee paint preparation activities to ensure high-quality finishes are achieved.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of components to verify compliance with work instructions and drawings.
  • Manage documentation and administer ERP systems to optimize workflow efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Cert III Surface Preparations and Coating Applications is a must.
  • Cert IV Aeroskills (Mech) is highly preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of paint technologies and industry standards is required.
  • Australian Citizenship is mandatory.

Candidates with experience in aviation painting, automotive refinishing, welding or boilermaking will be highly regarded. A resume as a word document is necessary for all applications.
