- Assisting guests with general enquiries and luggage requests.
- Valet parking of cars.
- General Porter duties as required.
About the Role:
We're looking for individuals with strong knowledge of Melbourne and excellent communication skills to provide exceptional service to our guests.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A valid Australian driving license.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for customer service and finding solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliability and flexibility to work a rotating roster across 7 days.
