Job Opportunity
\We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to our customers through resolution of queries, order and quote processing, and connecting customers to products either in branch or via phone or email.
\This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in a fast-paced environment. You will have the chance to work with a range of customers, process orders and quotes, and provide product-based information and cross-selling where required.
\To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience within a Sales or Customer Service environment, excellent oral and written communication skills, and comprehensive computer literacy specifically with Excel and Word. Strong time management skills with a solution-focused approach to problem solving are also essential.
