- Drive the success of digital marketing campaigns by coordinating resources, monitoring performance, and providing actionable insights to clients.
The role requires serving as a primary point of contact for clients, overseeing the delivery of all campaigns, building and nurturing relationships, and providing strategic media recommendations. The ability to deliver data-driven insights and identify opportunities for optimization will directly contribute to the success of our clients' campaigns and the growth of their accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate resources, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Oversee the delivery of all campaigns.
- Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide strategic media recommendations.
Requirements
- Industry Expertise: 5+ years of account management or agency experience.
- Digital Media Savvy: Proficiency in digital media, retargeting, and direct marketing/CRM.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Ability to partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Commitment to providing professional, timely, and accurate support to clients.
- Integrity and Authenticity: Operates with honesty, transparency, and authenticity.
