Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Professional to join our Sales and Business Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for building new business by forging into new accounts and collaborating with other members of the sales & business development team.
About the RoleThis is a key position in our organization, requiring a highly skilled individual who can develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities, forecast accurately across future quarters to achieve agreed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing revenue growth.
- Lead prospects through the full customer lifecycle by identifying and applying the most effective project methodologies to achieve and surpass desired outcomes.
The successful candidate will have strong domain knowledge or experience in ERP systems and will be based in Sydney or Melbourne. They will have a good track record of delivering against targets (quarterly and annually) and will be able to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
Requirements- Strong Workday domain knowledge or ERP experience.
