
Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities by building relationships with key stakeholders and leveraging networks to create qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a business strategy to drive revenue growth through the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities.
- Forecast accurately across future quarters to achieve agreed sales targets and maintain predictability of future revenue.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to identify and capitalize on emerging business opportunities.
- Utilise a consultative selling approach based on taking the time to properly understand customers and their challenges/opportunities.
- Negotiate and manage senior stakeholders to achieve expected outcomes.
- Strong domain knowledge or ERP experience.
- Good track record of delivering against targets (quarterly and annually).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills with proven capability of delivering a business value-based proposal in a competitive environment.
