About the Role:
- Coordinate the onboarding of new advisers, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.
- Manage induction programs and schedule training sessions for new team members.
- Provide exceptional customer service to advisers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and contribute to business initiatives.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-focused mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite and previous customer engagement experience in lending and/or broking.
