Product Pricing and Inventory Manager Role

The company has expanded its operations to become the leading supplier of fresh produce in the country. With a presence across multiple regions, the business is dedicated to providing high-quality products to its customers.

The Product Pricing and Inventory Manager will oversee the integrity, accuracy, and optimization of product pricing and inventory data across the business. This role ensures that pricing strategies are executed consistently and accurately across internal and external systems.

The manager will be responsible for managing and creating ERP Master Data for inventory and pricing-related fields. They will work closely with various stakeholders, including customers, sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure pricing accuracy, inventory alignment, and customer satisfaction.

The role is based in Lidcombe with onsite parking available. The company offers a convenient location with onsite parking and a short walk to Sydney Olympic Park Station.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in pricing, inventory, or operations in a fast-paced, product-based environment. They will possess strong Excel skills, familiarity with ERP systems, and CRM tools. Experience using Power Query and Power Automate is highly desirable.

The candidate should have a high attention to detail, strong data integrity mindset, and ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities. They should also have experience in FMCG, fresh food, or supply chain businesses and familiarity with pricing models, tiered, customer-specific, promo.

To succeed in this role, the candidate will need to demonstrate accountability, proactive communication, and customer-centric thinking. They will need to build strong stakeholder relationships, champion data integrity, and show daily initiative and competency in everything they do as a team manager.
