Pricing and Inventory Manager

The Pricing & Inventory Manager oversees the integrity, accuracy, and optimisation of product pricing and inventory data across the business. This role ensures that pricing strategies are executed consistently and accurately across internal and external systems.

This includes managing and creating ERP Master Data for inventory and pricing related fields. The manager will show daily initiative within the role, be competent in allocated tasks, and act as a key point of contact between customers, sales, operations, and customer service to ensure pricing accuracy, inventory alignment, and customer/internal satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and managing all customer and product pricing across systems (ERP, customer portals, and eCommerce avenues)
  • Ensuring buyer forecasting templates are accurately collated, distributed, and updated at every requirement
  • Ensuring sales pricing matrix's/templates are accurately collated, distributed, and updated at every requirement
  • Collaborating directly with customers on pricing enquiries to ensuring a good customer experience

The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years' experience in pricing, inventory, or operations in a fast-paced, product-based environment. They will set a high standard of ownership, responsiveness, and professionalism. Additionally, they will build strong stakeholder relationships to align priorities and remove roadblocks.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Strong Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems and CRM tools
  • Experience using Power Query
  • High attention to detail and strong data integrity mindset
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities
