About the Role

**Job Title:** Supervisor

This role is a fantastic opportunity to lead and mentor a small team in a dynamic environment. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward and creating a safe and fun work place.

We are looking for a talented individual who can oversee the day-to-day running of the café, working closely with our management team to help drive the business forward. You will be an excellent communicator with strong leadership skills, patient, caring and able to remain calm under pressure.

About You

- You have qualifications and/or experience in a hospitality setting including fully operating a café or similar.
- You have great communication and interpersonal skills
- You have high level organisation and time management skills
- You are able to work as part of and lead a multidisciplinary team
- You have the ability to oversee all aspects of front and back of house operations
