The Birch Geelong is seeking passionate Café Chefs and Baristas to join our vibrant and growing team in Newtown, VIC. We offer both full-time and part-time positions, allowing you to find the perfect work-life balance.
What you\'ll be doing- Preparing and cooking a variety of fresh, high-quality café-style meals and snacks
- Crafting expertly brewed coffee and specialty beverages for our discerning customers
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
- Providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the positive atmosphere of our café
- Collaborating with the team to continually improve our menu and service offerings
- Proven experience as a café chef or barista, with a passion for food, coffee and customer service
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, menu development and café operations
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A friendly, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work well in a team
- Relevant qualifications in hospitality, cookery or barista training preferred
