Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in the Northern Sydney area. The ideal candidate will possess strong interests in psychosocial rehabilitation and have experience in assessing and providing occupational therapy interventions for individuals with mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments of consumers and provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Deliver education and training sessions to consumers, families, and carers on occupational therapy techniques and strategies.
- Completed degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy and full registration with the relevant professional association.
- Significant experience in mental health assessment, care coordination, and treatment/interventions, including group work.
- Demonstrated knowledge of established Occupational Therapy models of practice for mental health interventions.
