- Oversee and contribute to effective performance through leadership of the Economic Research department and strategic initiatives.
- Foster a culture aligned to the organization's values, enabling high levels of staff engagement and performance.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and development of employees and teams to achieve team, department, and enterprise outcomes.
- Communicate effectively, encouraging multilevel feedback and fostering a culture of openness and trust.
About You:
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of economists and technical experts to deliver agreed-upon outputs.
- Experience developing and implementing strategic plans, managing complex risks, and delivering strategic objectives.
- Strong understanding of the Australian economy, financial markets, and system.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in economics or a related discipline.
