Electrical Team Lead – Major Projects

The role involves leading the installation and maintenance of power infrastructure across large-scale sites.

  • Lead the installation, replacement, and upkeep of power poles and associated equipment
  • Manage teams to ensure efficient and safe project delivery
  • Conduct safety briefings and enforce compliance at all times
  • Liaise with engineers and site managers to coordinate works
  • Monitor progress against schedules and provide daily reports
  • Support team members to maintain high performance and strong safety standards

The successful candidate will have a Certificate III in ESI – Distribution or equivalent qualification, proven experience in power projects, and previous leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety Compliance: Conduct regular toolbox talks and enforce adherence to company policies and regulations
  • Project Delivery: Manage crews to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard
  • Team Management: Mentor and support team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
