Global Restructuring Advisor

The ideal candidate will oversee transactions from start to finish, including managing and mentoring a strong pool of Analysts and Associates. This role demands expertise in financial modelling, documentation, process management, and stakeholder engagement.
Our client excels in M&A debt advisory and restructuring, working closely with leading alternative investment funds active in special situations.
We seek an experienced Vice President with 7–12 years of post-university experience. The successful candidate will possess the maturity and confidence to lead a high-performing team while fostering their continued development.
Candidates should bring experience in at least two or three areas:
- M&A, preferably with exposure to general industrials;
- Restructuring and/or insolvency advisory experience;
- Debt advisory or leveraged finance.
We also welcome interest from corporate or investment professionals with relevant experience seeking a transition back into investment banking.
