Our business requires a Senior Associate to join our Turnaround and Restructuring team. This role involves working on various advisory engagements, including restructuring and debt advisory services, as well as strategic advice and M&A transactions.

The successful candidate will have experience in formal restructuring matters, such as voluntary administrations and receiverships, and will be able to assist with the preparation of reports for clients and statutory bodies.

Good financial modelling skills, including the ability to build purpose-built models, are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will also have advanced written communication and strong report writing skills.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have a developed understanding of insolvency, restructuring, and accounting principles, including an understanding of statutory requirements required for different types of engagements.

They will also have experience in restructuring and insolvency matters, including formal appointments, and will be equivalent in level to a Consultant/Senior Consultant in a Big 4 firm.

An undergraduate degree in Commerce/Business with a major in Accounting and/or Finance is required, as well as completed or near completion of CA/CFA.
