The Opportunity

This role is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business goals. You'll be leading the content writing and managing teams responsible for creative delivery across design and multimedia. Your primary objective will be to create compelling, informative, and engaging narratives to support Toll's engagement with customers, conversion, and revenue through digital and email channels.

  • Lead the development of a unified brand voice across various channels, including marketing campaigns, social media, product, webinars, thought leadership pieces, infographics, customer newsletters, case studies, videos, and digital content.
  • Plan and execute editorial calendars with key stakeholders to ensure consistent content push across all channels, including website, social media, and email.
  • Manage Toll's social media presence to drive brand and marketing objectives, overseeing scheduling, and utilizing reporting/analytics to continually improve effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to ensure alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Monitor and report content performance with analytics tools to track content success and ROI, email campaign performance, and deliverability rates.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of leading creative teams and crafting compelling copy for campaigns.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to convert complex topics into engaging narratives.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and analyze content performance.
  • A reliable, detailed, and focused individual with excellent communication skills.
