We are seeking an experienced Turkish Marketing Strategist to join our team at Easygo, a leading provider of services to prominent brands in the iGaming industry. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing retention marketing campaigns across multiple channels, driving customer engagement and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retention marketing, with a proven track record of designing campaigns that effectively resonate with local audiences. Fluency in Turkish and English is essential, as well as experience working with creative teams to prepare visual assets for campaigns. You will be responsible for researching and sourcing relevant content to communicate with our customer base, monitoring and analyzing results of email/SMS campaigns, and completing weekly/monthly KPI reports.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per annum, plus benefits including daily catered breakfast, massage Wednesdays, and a fun office environment with pool tables, table tennis, and gaming consoles. As a Turkish Marketing Strategist at Easygo, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating all Turkish-based communication and content to enhance the customer experience and stages of the customer lifecycle.
  • Recommending and developing optimal plans for the delivery of campaigns, campaign format, and campaign platform to grow profitability.
  • Enhancing customer lifetime value, reducing churn, and implementing relevant CRM strategy in the Turkish market.
  • Collaborating with the content and marketing teams to identify which offers to promote and when.
  • Working closely with the acquisition team to maximize the growth of campaigns in the relevant market, as well as the company vision to launch into any new markets.
