Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight by effectively managing the entire cabin independently.
  • Deliver personalized in-flight services while traveling to unique destinations, exceeding passenger expectations.
  • Maintain a high standard of safety and compliance with aviation regulations while providing in-flight services.

Requirements:
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Possess Australian citizenship or permanent residency
  • Have a height of no more than 173 cm
  • Hold a current Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)
  • Hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • Meet one of the following requirements: completion of secondary education in Australia or New Zealand, or three years of work experience in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Ireland, or the USA, or an International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score of 5.5
  • Be eligible to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC), requiring a police security check
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills and experience
  • Be able to swim fully clothed without assistance
  • Show flexibility, as working hours will vary and may include holiday periods and peak times
  • Present yourself professionally, with a high level of personal presentation
  • Exhibit a natural willingness to please and care for others
