Flight Scheduling Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to support the scheduling and coordination of tasks related to flight training activities. This role will involve planning, forecasting, and administering schedules for various training programs, ensuring timely completion and efficient use of resources.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. They will be responsible for coordinating with multiple stakeholders, managing conflicts, and implementing mitigation plans as needed.

About the Role
  • Schedule and coordinate flight training activities, including simulator device and live flight scheduling
  • Support changes to training event schedules, assessing risks and developing alternative plans as necessary
  • Provide administrative support for training initiation and completion, following standard operating procedures

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative team environment, supporting the safe and timely completion of training continuums.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in scheduling or coordination, preferably in transport/logistics or operations
