Marketing Coordinator Job Description

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a creative, hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

The successful candidate will play a key part in executing campaigns, supporting product marketing, and promoting the brand across digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Coordinating trade show logistics and marketing collateral
  • Collaborating with internal teams to create brochures, content, and social media updates
  • Assisting with the company website, internal marketing channels, and LinkedIn employer brand pages
  • Tracking and reporting on marketing metrics and CRM leads

About You:

We're looking for a self-starter who thrives on variety and collaboration. You'll be part project manager, part content creator, and fully committed to delivering quality work across every marketing touchpoint.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing or communications role
  • Strong writing, content development, and organisational skills
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, HubSpot, Shopify, WordPress, Adobe Suite, etc.
