Team Leader Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Leader to lead our team of Educators in the daily operation of our Outside School Hours Care service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, developing quality programs, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of Educators in the delivery of high-quality programs and services.
  2. Manage daily operations, including staffing, rostering, and administrative tasks.
  3. Develop and implement quality programs that meet the needs of children and families.
  4. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications in Childcare or Teaching (minimum Diploma in Children Services)
  • Demonstrated experience in programming and childcare
  • Experience in administration and documentation
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
