About This Role

Transforming compliance data into actionable insights is crucial for strengthening risk management, governance, and decision-making. As a key member of the Customer business unit, you will drive improvements in data quality, automation, and compliance analytics capability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain data reporting across key compliance areas, including Quality Assurance, Complaints, Archer (Risk System), Breaches, and Remediation activities.
  • Create thematic reports based on root cause analysis findings, complaints trends, and compliance breaches to identify systemic issues.
  • Prepare high-quality, succinct reports for senior governance bodies, including Compliance and Risk forums, Executive Committee, and the Board.
  • Partner with Technology and Customer teams to design and deliver automated reporting solutions, dashboards, and data visualization tools that enhance compliance monitoring and executive insights.
  • Engage with risk, compliance, operational, and technology stakeholders to ensure reporting meets business needs and regulatory expectations.
  • Identify and lead initiatives to uplift data capture, quality, and timeliness.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a reporting & analytics role within a compliance, risk, or audit environment.
  • Strong ability to develop dashboards, reporting packs, and executive summaries.
  • Experience using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or other reporting platforms.
  • Exposure to compliance, governance, or operational risk management processes within a highly regulated industry.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, always looking at technology capabilities and automation.
