Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming data into strategic insights that shape our customer and go-to-market initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a data and analytics role, with a strong understanding of data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau. Proficiency in SQL is essential, with additional experience in R, Python, or SAS considered an advantage.

The Data Insights Strategist will work closely with cross-functional teams to design data-led approaches that meet commercial goals. This includes generating strategic customer, commercial, and product insights, developing dashboards and reports, and communicating insights clearly and effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience in a data and analytics role
  • Tertiary qualification in analytics, data science, business/economics, computer science, or related field
  • Proficient in SQL, with additional experience in R, Python, or SAS considered an advantage
  • Strong hands-on experience with visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to craft presentations that convey clear narratives and key insights
  • Familiarity with modern data environments (e.g., Databricks, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake)
  • Commercial mindset with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights
