Support Office Operations with Emerald

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Office Administrator to join our dynamic team at Emerald, a leading Australian-owned manufacturer and distributor of smart energy efficient solutions.

This part-time position, Monday to Friday - 9am–3pm, offers a unique opportunity to take full autonomy of the role and build strong relationships with both internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and liaise with couriers to ensure seamless communication and logistics.
  • Set up the meeting room and assist in organizing staff events and team bonding activities to foster a positive and supportive company culture.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including IT providers and contractors, to maintain a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Support employees onboarding with welcome packs and HR admin to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Support the management team and sales team with travel arrangements and general management of office supplies and services to ensure the smooth running of the office.

  • A positive and approachable attitude, with a "can do" mindset to take on new challenges and build strong relationships with internal and external clients.
