Job Description

This role involves building and maintaining relationships with employers to secure employment opportunities for our clients, who live with disability, injury, illness, or disadvantage. We strive to create better working lives.

The ideal candidate will be a driven, resilient, and energetic professional with the ability to network with employers, build relationships, and manage accounts effectively. Your personable approach will help manage employer expectations and foster strong partnerships.

We are seeking someone who can engage with, develop, and maintain networks within the community to support job readiness. The successful candidate will have empathy and compassion when managing a small caseload of clients.

A key part of this role is providing advocacy and information about our services, connecting clients and the wider community. You will work in an energetic environment and embrace challenges, making a difference and changing lives every day.
