About the Role

Our team is seeking an accomplished Brand Manager to lead and develop our Oral Nutrition Supplement portfolio. As a seasoned marketer, you will drive growth in the Adult Health Care Nutrition space by creating and executing brand strategies based on consumer insights.

This role requires expertise in multi-channel engagement campaigns, digital transformation, and project management. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.

  • Lead annual brand planning, including campaign brief development and creative evaluation.
  • Spearhead digital transformation, collaborating on ATL/BTL initiatives.
  • Develop robust brand strategies based on consumer insights.
  • Take ownership of marketing calendar execution, including campaign tracking and optimization.
About Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of marketing experience, preferably at Brand Manager level.
  • Experience working in the FMCG, consumer, or healthcare industry, ideally with Pharmacy channel experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business.
  • Project management skills, with experience in new product development.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
