About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a portfolio of nutritional supplements. As the Brand Manager, you will be accountable for achieving commercial objectives and executing marketing initiatives across Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing annual brand plans including multi-channel engagement campaigns for healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Using in-depth knowledge of brand positioning and insights to execute brand plans.
  • Spearheading digital transformation, collaborating on ATL/BTL initiatives, and evaluating marketing impact for continuous improvement.
  • Developing robust brand strategies based on consumer insights and observations to drive growth in the adult health care nutrition space.
  • Executing the marketing calendar, including campaign brief development, creative & media plan evaluation, and continuous optimisation.
  • Leading projects related to new product development and innovation pipeline.
  • Tracking monthly performance to identify key drivers for the business.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the products and brands they manage, with commercial acumen, the ability to navigate complexity, and strong working relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years marketing experience, preferably at Brand Manager level
  • Experience in FMCG, consumer or healthcare industry, preferably with Pharmacy channel experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business
  • Experience in project management of marketing activations and new product development
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience navigating business complexity such as a broad product portfolio or multiple stakeholders
