Job Description:

ROUSSOS Recruitment is partnering with a national leading Tier 2 commercial contractor to source an experienced Contract Administrator to support the delivery of a healthy project pipeline across various industry sectors, including health, aged care, hospitality, and retail. The Role:

This Contract Administrator role involves end-to-end project delivery. Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and reviewing packages, scopes, and procurement schedules.
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders, communicating directly with internal and external parties.
  • Administering RFI's to clients.
  • Managing and tracking expenditure.
  • Handling progress claims, invoices, variations, and relevant paperwork.
  • Ensuring suppliers and subcontractors comply with proposed schedules.
  • Preparing tender documentation required for the procurement of sub-contractors, including tender and pricing schedules, scope of works, comparative tender analysis, and recommendations.

The Ideal Candidate:

The successful Contract Administrator should hold relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management and have at least 3 years' experience in the industry. Strong communication skills and negotiation abilities are essential, along with high attention to detail and a proactive, professional attitude.
