This position demands a capable resource to coordinate activities from simple to complex plans, providing timely and accurate assistance to end-users within our desktop computing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enroll mobile devices (iOS, Windows 10, and Android)
  • Retire and wipe devices
  • Device restriction policies
  • Design and implement Intune security policies as per requirement
  • iOS/Android/Windows compliance policies
  • Create, maintain, update, deploy, and delete CA policies for iOS, Windows, and Android devices
  • Track device inventory in the MDM cloud environment
Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in mobile device management
  • Experience in a similar role with expertise in Intune
  • ITIL operational awareness and understanding of service management principles
  • Proficiency in Powershell scripting to automate tasks and deploy via Intune
