Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for all IT-related queries
- Troubleshoot hardware issues and ensure meeting rooms and office equipment are functioning properly
- Onboard new staff members, create user accounts, and manage the delivery and return of hardware
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall IT infrastructure
- Continuously develop and maintain expertise in Office 365 and Windows
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a Service Desk or equivalent role
- 1+ year of experience providing new user support, including creating accounts, onboarding, hardware and software deployment
- In-person support for Teams meeting rooms and related equipment
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues
- Knowledge of ITIL and Fresh Service or similar ticketing systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
