Job Summary:

La Trobe University is seeking a highly skilled Associate Director, Enterprise Applications to join our Information Services, Enterprise Services Function. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing enterprise applications within a complex organisational environment, preferably in the higher education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Four Key Streams: Digital Services, ServiceNow and SAP, Salesforce, and Enabling Services.
  • Lead Dynamic Team: Dedicated to ensuring the delivery, functionality, and security of enterprise applications critical for the university's operations.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: At all levels to ensure the successful delivery of enterprise applications.

Requirements:

  • Extensive Experience: In managing enterprise applications within a complex organisational environment, preferably in the higher education sector.
  • Deep Knowledge: Of enterprise application platforms and technologies, including SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
  • Proven Expertise: In project management, system implementation, and IT service delivery.
  • Extensive Knowledge: Of IT and data governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
  • Proficiency: In data management, information security, and compliance tools and technologies.
  • Strong Understanding: Of regulatory requirements related to data privacy and protection, such as GDPR.
  • Excellent Leadership: And management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong Analytical: And problem-solving abilities, with a focus on practical and effective solutions.
  • Exceptional Communication: And interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
