With a rapidly growing user base and a mission-driven team, we're building a social impact unicorn—and we need a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to help lead the way.

The Role

We're seeking a hands-on, strategic, and hungry CTO to initially join us as an advisor. Upon securing our next funding round later this year, the CTO will transition into a full-time leadership position, overseeing all technical aspects of the company.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the company's technological vision, defining and driving our technology roadmap.
  • Provide strategic insights on scaling architecture, security, and infrastructure.
  • Assess and refine our current tech stack, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Leverage cutting-edge technologies such as AI and machine learning to enhance the user experience and platform performance.
  • Lead, build, and grow a world-class engineering team post-funding.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and business teams to align technical execution with company vision.
  • Establish best practices in development, DevOps, and data security.
  • Guide technical due diligence for investors and stakeholders.

Who You Are

  • A seasoned technology leader with experience in consumer apps, social platforms, or disability-focused technology .
  • A deep understanding of building user-centric products that solve meaningful problems for people.
  • Proven ability to build and scale engineering teams, from hiring to mentoring.
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills, working closely with product and community teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts effectively for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passionate about accessibility and inclusion and eager to build a product with a huge social impact.
