Job Opportunity:
">- We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team in Geelong, Victoria.
- This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting customers through the good and bad.
- This is a 4-month temporary contract working full-time hours each week (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm).
- As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for assisting existing member inquiries related to their health insurance policy via multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat.
- You will also be expected to resolve both straightforward and complex customer queries often in vulnerable situations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our members.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve business objectives.
- AU or NZ citizenship or permanent residency.
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience handling complex inbound calls (healthcare industry is a bonus).
- Confidence in working with numbers and maths.
- Full-time availability across Monday-Friday.
- Happiness to work onsite in the Geelong office.
- Can-do attitude and resilience.
- Exceptional communication skills both verbally and written.
- Double vaccination is a requirement of this employer.
