About the Position:
We're looking for a customer service professional to provide exceptional experiences for our clients. This role involves handling inbound calls and providing solutions to their insurance-related inquiries.
This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to navigate multiple systems, and a customer-centric mindset. The ideal candidate will possess experience in customer-facing roles, have achieved sales targets, and be proficient in navigating complex situations.
We offer an extensive training program, including 7 weeks of paid training, which includes virtual classroom work, real-time experience in retail stores, buddy sessions, and ongoing support.
