We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Educator to join our team. As an Educator at Guardian Childcare & Education, you will be at the heart of supporting children in their critical early years.

Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement an innovative early learning program reflective of current early years thinking and practice.
- Document and share with families in their children's learning and development.
- Actively contribute to the implementation and adoption of our curriculum.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A completed Certificate III and/or Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards).
- Prior experience in long day-care.
- Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF.
